About us
Panchavati Co-Operative Housing Society LTD. was formally registered in the year 2022-23 under Registration No. NBOM/CIDCO/HSG(TC)/9341/JTR/2022-23. Situated at KL-6(A), Condominium No. 26, Sector-1, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai – 410 218, the society is a thriving residential community committed to providing a safe, secure and comfortable living environment to its members.
Our Leadership
The Society is managed by a democratically elected Managing Committee consisting of 11 members. Each committee member plays an important role in ensuring transparent administration, financial discipline and smooth day-to-day functioning of the society. The present office bearers are:

Together, the Managing Committee represents the voice of the members and strives to take decisions in the best interest of the society. In order to ensure long-term safety, modern amenities and better living standards for all residents, the Society has resolved to undertake Redevelopment of its premises. Appointed UNIQUE PMC LLP as its Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the Redevelopment process.
